Marcus seemed to enjoy our day at Monticello, he got to spend the day mostly outside. The National aquarium was Marcus' chosen location and he did seem to have a reasonable good day there. Returning to school after the winter Break was tough and getting back to the early morning routine was painful. On the 10^th we visited Westfield High school, this is where Marcus will be heading next year. The evening was both interesting and educational.

Sophie

Sophie was very resistant to our Winter Break excursions (she's really quite the home body). She did enjoy staying up later than normal and being able to stay in be really late each day. Back to school was tough for Sophie but she managed to get back into the swing of things pretty quickly. Sophie competed in two swim meets in January both of which she did well and broke a few of her times.
