I think that this was Marcus' best month of the summer break, he got to spend a week away at Adventure Links water based camp with his good friend Luca. He also got spoiled rotten by Aunt Nien-Chien and Uncle Holmes in sunny San Diego. This was Marcus' first flight without parents and it was pretty much uneventful, other than missing the flight home. The end of the month meant back to school which took some adjustment, especially after the late nights in San Diego.

Sophie

Two great things about this month for Sophie: 1) a few weeks at home without Marcus meant the she could totally relax and do very little. 2) Spending a week in San Diego with some of her very favorite people. San Diego was filled with exciting things for Sophie to do and hanging out with Aunty Nien-Chien and Uncle Holmes made it really great for her.
