It's been a pretty quiet month for Marcus (and Sophie too), lots of soccer, swimming, and school work. This year Marcus seems to be coming home from school with a more homework than ever before which is making his evenings very packed. With him no longer attending SACC (School Age Child Care) this year, he has gained a little more time to do his work, but he still needs to learn how to get his work done efficiently on his school computer. This month Marcus starts a cotillion class (essentially manners), and despite his early apprehensiveness he seems to have been enjoying it a lot.

Sophie

Sophie has been getting back into the swing of school nicely this year. This year she chose to play the saxophone and this seems like a really hard instrument to play, we will have to see how this goes. Soccer is going well and she is a strong player on her team (when she tries that is). Swimming is going well and Sophie has been getting really good at getting herself up for the early morning practices, which has been a tough thing in the past. She can often be found doing some craft thing around the house, which sometimes involves getting paint on the carpet or dripping glue where it should not be.
