The weather has been getting a lot warmer which has meant a lot more time outside for Marcus; he has been riding his bike more and more and hopefully soon we'll be able to take him on some test mountain bike rides. School has been going great and Marcus really seems to be enjoying this school year. Marcus' soccer team has been doing great this season and they are as yet undefeated (they did draw in a few games). Swimming 3 days a week has been going great too and he seems to enjoy the swimming more and more each week. This month we said hello to Marcus' new hamster Houdini (due to his escape attempts).

Sophie

Sophie has had a busy month; both regular school and Chinese school have been going great, although we are still having a lot of issues with getting her to do her Chinese homework without complaint. This month Sophie and Nien took part in colonial day at school and they both got dressed up for the occasion. Soccer has seen a lot of effort from Sophie although her team has not been doing that well in her league, perhaps due to the small team size, which makes it hard to make a full team for most games; swimming has been going great.
Sophie's most played song this month was Billy Joel's "We Didn't Start the Fire"
