Marcus

Indoor soccer was the saving grace for this month's games, and Marcus played really hard in all of the games that he played. He even took his turn in goal when needed. Basketball has been a very similar story with Marcus being a very valuable player on his team and working really hard during both the games and at practice. School has been going well and although the school was closed for some days this month the Marcus seems to be going through the work well. With the snow we did get to have a few days of playing outside and these were fun days for Marcus, who seemed very keen to throw snowballs at everyone.

Sophie

Sophie has been developing her teenage attitude a bit more this month, and often gives us sounds instead of answers when we ask her things. School is going well although she does seem to be getting a few things that she struggles with (this is new to Sophie), mainly mathematics. Basketball has been going OK, and she has been on the court for every game and practice, but she has told us that she doesn't really like basketball. Swimming has been going great and seems to be a great sport for Sophie; she works really hard for the coaches and is getting a lot faster. Snow days were great fun for Sophie and playing outside was a highlight of the month for her.
