Marcus

It's been a busy month for Marcus, and it has seemed like we have struggled to get to all of the events on his calendar. He has been playing a lot of soccer this month, including a couple of tournaments (cold outside tournaments). Basketball practice also started later in the month and Marcus seems to be doing really well and putting a lot of effort into both sports. School has been going well and Marcus is currently studying long division in math and some studies on ancient China. On the 29th Marcus completed Reston's Gingerbrean Man mile run in 7:34, leaving Damian and Nien wondering if they could have kept up with him.

Sophie

School is an area of life where Sophie functions very well and this month has been no exception. She really enjoys her days there and loves to play with her inner circle of school friends. Soccer has been going pretty well for Sophie and this month saw her take part in an All Stars tournament and also a 3v3 tournament, both of which went pretty well. Gymnastics class and swimming have also been ongoing this month, swimming seems to be going especially well. Basketball practice started back up this month; Sophie can be a little timid with basketball and soccer so the team sports are a little more difficult for her. On the 29th Sophie completed Reston's Gingerbrean Man mile run in 9:55.
