Marcus has really enjoyed this March in Virginia, riding his bike up and down the street, launching water rockets, playing in the yard; whats not to love. School has been progressing well and Marcus is really enjoying his days at Oak Hill, sometimes it's hard to get him out of the door of SACC to come home. Visiting DC was a fun day trip where we all got to see the new Martin Luther King memorial and also got to ice skate in the DC sculpture garden. Marcus got a date night this month with Nien-Chie when they went to see the screening of the new Lorax movie; they both had a great evening out. On the last day of the month we boarded the long flight for China, it was a perfect flight for Marcus, on demand movies on a personal TV.

Sophie

Sophie loves spring, the daffodils are out and playing outside has been a regular occurrence. She has had a bunch of play dates and this is truly a joy to watch as she plays so nicely with her friends. Sophie's Kindergarten class took part in the school performance this month and did a great job with her lines and with the songs that she learned so well. Another great part of the month was supporting the Oak Hill basketball team by watching their latest game, it was an evening to shout support, dress up, and watch the game with friends. Ice skating in DC was a lot of fun for Sophie and she is getting better with every time that we get on the ice, she has a great attitude when learning new skills and doesn't seem to get discouraged like some other kids (her brother).
