Marcus has been enjoying the outside time immensely, whether it's at school or home, he's has been travelling well on his bike and running around lots on the soccer pitch. Marcus was a big help at Sophie's birthday party and has been helping out lots around the house and in the yard. One of his favorite things from this month was visiting the air-show at Andrews Air Force base, where he got to explore lots of different aircraft and to watch the displays overhead. Visiting the farm was a highlight, as was camping out with friends and boating at Burke Lake.

Sophie has been practicing her biking skills and has been making great progress. She has been a big asset on her soccer team, making her coach (Damian) very proud. On the 10th Sophie became 5 and had a fun party at school. We later held a party at a local gym for her and her school friends. The party was a lot of fun and Sophie was the perfect host. At the farm she showed us all how to eat strawberries despite the fact that she only actually picked a few herself. Sophie loved camping out with friends, but it took some gentle persuasion in order to get her boating at Burke Lake, Ice cream persuasion that is. She has been enjoying the flowers in the yard and loves to wonder around them sniffing to see which one has the best scent.
