Another strange month in the Diccox/Wu household, our heating is still broken so the house has been colder than usual and we haven’t had the urge to do many exciting things. The end is in sight and just as the weather is getting warmer we should soon see heating installed in the house, just in time to turn it off for the year. We bit the bullet and traded Damian’s VW for a minivan which we hope will be a wise choice for the coming years, so far we like it.

Marcus has had another odd month, his behavior has been less than desirable in a few areas and we started a report card system with school so that we can see what kind of day he has had. He played Ronald Reagan during the schools Famous Americans presentation, which he was great at. A few times we have managed to get Marcus out on his bike and we can't wait till the weather lets us do this more. Marcus has been a good helper in the yard as we start to get ready to plant.

Sophie

Sophie has had a pleasant month and is doing really well at school. She tested for her Blue belt at Tae Kwon Do and showed us how well she can concentrate, and also how supple she can be. She isn't the most willing to help when there is work to be done and but she is easy to entertain and can be very funny with some of the things that she says. She has been enjoying the outside time at school and is looking forward to starting soccer on Coach Dad's team.
