April is a wonderful time of year in Virginia, the garden has sprung into life and the lawn has been growing about 6 inches a week (not so good), all around is green and full of life. When the sun shines we spend a lot of time outdoors and love it. Near the end of the month we took a short trip to England to see family. The trip was a little short (5 full days in the UK) but we did manage to see a lot of family and have a really fun time.

Marcus

Marcus has had a fun month, he has at times been a little stubborn, especially at school it seems, but is growing nicely and learning more and more about the world. He enjoyed seeing all of the other kids on our trip to the UK, and even the grownups, but to a lesser extent (they don't play as much).

Sophie

Height	2′ 10″

Sophie has enjoyed exploring her world this month and has been testing her climbing and jumping skills as much as possible. Sophie was a little shy at first with the family that she met in England but soon warmed up to them; she especially enjoyed taking photos with the other kids.
