Marcus enjoyed the return home from San Diego, he's had a good month at school and has gotten to do some of his favorite things: swimming, soccer, & snow. Swimming class started up as did his soccer class and in both of these he has been doing great. His attitude issues seem to be getting better and he has been such a good helper around the house. With Sophie and Marcus in the same bedroom and Sophie's sleep being such a problem this month Marcus has been a little sleep deprived, but he has been dealing with this very well.

Sleep Woes - Sophie has had a challenging month, late in December we took away her pacifier and things were going really well. But the more of January we saw the more sleep issues we had with our little girl. We ended up at the point where she was taking 2-3 hours to cry herself to sleep. This was the point where we headed out to the library and got hold of the Ferber method book. After a few nights with a plan things started to improve, and now at the end of the month she is sleeping on a mattress on the floor happily.
