Ever the comic, Marcus has a great ability to make his little sister belly laugh. He is very caring and protective of Sophie, which is funny when she visits his school and he insists that his classmates get away from her. His language skills are improving and he can keep up with some complex conversations (complex is relative). This off course makes it harder to understand him sometimes, it was much easier to guess the unsure word when his diction was limited, but now that mumble could be the thing he saw at the supermarket next to the milk, it's tough. With the weather getting colder and the first sighting of snow in 2007, Marcus had a blast playing outside in the snow on his new sled; he is looking forward to the next flurries we get.

Sophie

Sophie has been developing her cruising style, she is competent at pulling herself up on just about anything that she comes across, and from there can slowly get around. When she crawls she can sometimes get away from us before we know it, so we will have to keep a closer eye on that little girl. She had a few new teeth sprout this month and this is only more reason to keep fingers away from her mouth. She has a wonderful smile and seems to be a very happy little lady. Food is a messy event right now and she is very insistent that she can handle a spoon better than anyone, favorites for the month are avocado, bananas, turkey, & Ice cream (not all together).
