November has given us a lot of warm weather (Global warming?) so we have spent a lot more time outside than we would have expected. The warm weather hasn't stopped the colds creeping in, and we seem to be on a constant cycle of catching and getting over the sniffles. We got to travel to Chicago for Thanksgiving which was really nice, and the journey by flight was a lot easier than last years drive there. With Christmas just around the corner and a few trips on the horizon we have started our Christmas list and have even gotten a tree. We have started to prepare the family room for decoration so that the kitchen doesn't look too much out of place, this should be a good winter project. Damian celebrated (quietly) another birthday.
We managed to get a few more things done to our kitchen this month.

Marcus
Age2 Years 1 Month
Weight33 lb
Height2′ 11″
Those terrible twos - during the terrible twos it seems that Marcus has been doing all of the terrible things that he has always done, the difference is that now he should know better, he seems to be more stubborn than ever. Language has been moving forward at a speedy rate and he will copy most things we say. While in Chicago we were surprised to find that he can count in Spanish pretty well, a little better than English if the truth be told, Chinese to follow. Marcus has been doing a lot more walking this month and we can take him for a mile or so before he grabs a leg and pleads to be picked up, this is great because he feels heavier than ever.
Sophie
Age6 Months
Weight17 lb
Height2′ 1″
Sophie seems to be on the verge of crawling, she can get herself up onto all fours but as yet doesn't know quite what to do when she gets there. She can move around the floor with a whole host of moves, she can push to point A, then roll to B, then moon crawl to point C. A few time we found her mostly under things after reversing there. While in Chicago she popped out a few bottom teeth, we had been expecting this for a while.
